(LDC), established 1996, was created with an effort to provide quality mechanical and electrical design services while maintaining a high level of personal professional involvement. Our desire at LDC is to creatively and reliably contribute to the Architecture industry as well as improve and create relationships with Owners, Architects, Private, Corporate and Government clients.
LDC maintains a widely diversified practice as to size and type of projects undertaken. The firm has extensive experience in the design of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical Power and Lighting, Communication and Life Safety systems. Additionally, we provide energy studies, due diligence inspections and reports, facility condition surveys and energy economics.
The firm maintains a state of the art, fully integrated computer production network and remains in the forefront of industry trends. However, we maintain the resources and desire to produce hand drawn documents, if there is a need.
Our forte is adapting imaginative and economical solutions to the particular needs of the client.
