After more than six years as DIRECTOR of ENGINEERING at his previous employer, David formed a new company in 1996. With this new venture, LEHMAN DESIGN CONSULTANTS, INC., his goal is to maintain the same high standards in the mechanical and electrical design fields that he has in the past. David Lehman's professional career dates to 1979 and includes five years with H. S. Nachman and Associates and over twelve years with Gamze Korobkin Caloger, Inc. He has extensive experience with all types of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems for a wide variety of single and mixed use projects. David brings a 'nuts and bolts' practical approach with sensitivity to architectural and owner program requirements. His budget estimates of MEPFP systems reflect an accuracy commensurate with his experience. Energy audits and cost/benefit analysis prepared by David are rooted not only scientific theory, but also extensive empirical data.

L. Anthony Navarro - Principal
Professional Engineer
Anthony joined LEHMAN DESIGN CONSULTANTS, INC. in March of 2005. His experience is in new and existing buildings; residential, low-rise and high-rise commercial and institutional structures. He has been the project manager on many of LDC's projects and after earning his professional license, is now the Engineer of Record for all projects. All computerized energy models are Anthony's job as well as all LEED work completed by LDC. He believes an efficient design is available at any budget. Anthony graduated with distinction with a Masters in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Business.

Gregory M. Burch - Chief Electrical Designer
Gregory Burch joined LEHMAN DESIGN CONSULTANTS, INC. in July of 1997 as Chief of Electrical Engineering. Gregory's professional career dates to September of 1987 and includes several years each with C. F. Murphy and Associates, J. J. Majon Consultants and Gamze Korobkin Caloger, Inc. He has extensive experience with all types of Electrical (power distribution and lighting), Life Safety and Telecommunication systems for a wide variety of single and mixed use projects. Greg's practical approach to electrical systems design and understanding of the industry makes him a leader in his field.
